Individually customised birth preparation course in your home! We talk about the physiology of birth and the role of oxytocin. We go through, for instance, Susanna Heli's Birth Without Fear tools, some pain relief, positions, stretches, massage and hospital routines.  
We reflect on your fears, thoughts, expectations and wishes. We practice together with voice, movement and touch. We can write a birth plan together. 

The course in structured as one long meeting or two shorter parts.
