DOULA PACKAGE
A first meeting for free to get to know each other, no binding. Afterwards you decide if I'm the right doula for you.
FIRST MEETING
LABOUR AND BIRTH
Continuous support during birth from when I'm needed until the baby is born, regardless if it's a hospital birth or a home birth, a vaginal birth or a
cesarean.
BIRTH
PREPARATION
2-3 meetings in your home for practical and theoretical preparations. We practice also useful movements, massage, Hypnobirthing and Birth Without Fear tools and more.
BACKUP DOULA
I work always together with another doula, so that you can surely get support even if I would happen to have a last minute hindrance.
ON CALL
I am on call from 10 days before expected due date until the baby is born.
When labour starts we can be in touch by phone until we feel that I should come to you.
POSTPARTUM
A last meeting in your home some weeks after birth, to talk together through the birth process and tie things up. I can give breast-feeding advice if needed.
PRICE
12 000 SEK incl. VAT
If in Sweden, you can use your friskvårdsbidrag for a part of the costs. You can also add Pilates training after birth or postpartum treatemen to a reduced price. We can also discuss individual payment solutions/installment plans. If you hire me several times you get siblings discount.
We design the doula assignment together according to your needs. You choose what is important for you, and I support you in your choices.
